Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Cove Space, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Cove Space is provided by Deepak Vijayakumaran Nair Rajeswari Amma. “Cove Space,” “we,” and “us” refer to the application and its developer.

2. App license and permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cove Space on devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

You may not reverse engineer, distribute, rent, sell, sublicense, interfere with, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or its services except where applicable law expressly allows it.

3. Private access purchases

Cove Space may offer Private access through a yearly auto-renewing subscription, a one-time lifetime purchase, or temporary access after watching a rewarded advertisement. Current prices and billing details are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase.

Yearly subscription

The subscription period is one year. Payment is charged to your app-store account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription automatically renews for another year and your app-store account is charged at the then-current price within the period specified by that store before renewal.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancel before the renewal deadline shown by your store to avoid the next charge. Deleting Cove Space does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime purchase

The lifetime option is a one-time purchase that unlocks Private access for the lifetime of the Cove Space product, subject to these terms, store availability, compatibility, and applicable law. It does not promise that every feature or operating system will remain available indefinitely.

Billing, refunds, and restoration

Apple or Google processes payments and controls refunds under its own terms and applicable law. Use “Restore purchases” in the app to restore eligible purchases associated with the same store account.

4. Your files and responsibilities

You retain ownership of files you add to Cove Space. You are responsible for having the right to store, view, and share them and for maintaining appropriate device backups. Do not use Cove Space for unlawful content or activity.

Private vault files are designed to remain encrypted on your device. Device loss, damage, operating-system changes, deleted app data, forgotten credentials, or failed backups may make files unavailable. Cove Space is not a cloud backup service.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or service quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and some features depend on third-party services, network access, device capabilities, or app-store availability.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cove Space is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, or access, to the extent applicable law permits.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. App-store terms

Your use is also subject to the terms of the store through which you obtained Cove Space. For Apple devices, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where required, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce applicable provisions.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the app, legal requirements, or our practices change. The updated page will show a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
